“American Bread: Soldier” This trio considers the sacrifices of soldiers, their right to receive medical attention and the need to remove chain of command from military sexual assault cases.

American Bread: Soldier / Deployed
Of the roughly 2.5 million service members who have been deployed in support of wars in Iraq and Afghanistan in the last decade, nearly half have done so at least twice, some as many as six times.
Multiple deployments, and reduced periods at home in between, have taken their toll on America’s all-volunteer corps, who often suffer with substance abuse and PTSD.
Families and communities have been impacted as well by their loved ones’ long absences, and the challenges they face, physically and emotionally, when they return home.
